Tech did a minor rebuild on the water closet (toilet) to stop the water closet from running. No leaks work is complete.
Upon removing the toilet, the wax ring was placed wrong and on top of the old one. Used two wax rings to properly seal the toilet.
Completion on 50 gallons water heater was very difficult to access have to remove washing machine to access and commence job also drain valve was blocked calcium build up But job was done and completed
Had to return and install non programmable Honeywell 1000 thermostat to perform $49 safety inspection. Customer not interested in hsp membership. Checked furnace for proper operation. All safeties operational and filter clean. Thank you for your business
Install a new Zollverein sump pump in basement garage previous one was burned out and needed newly installed which was done
My Plumber was called out to one apartment and in that apartment the kitchen drain had a stoppage. While there the unit above the unit My Plumber is working in kitchen drain had a stoppage too. In the bottom unit the K 50 was used the clear the stoppage. 14 feet of cable went down the drain to clear the stoppage. The stoppage was cleared at 4 feet. Ran hot water to show that there is no more stoppage, and to clear any loss Debris. The same issue in the unit up stairs.
